Although my list would go something like this: Chicago New York London Paris Madrid Tokyo Los Angeles Shanghai Sydney - although I can only imagine having never been here Rio de Janeiro - again, I can only imagine on this one mer-et-soleil: In their latest round of ranking the top global cities in the world, Foreign Policy magazine ranks the City of Chicago at sixth overall, just behind Hong Kong and ahead of L.A.
